if i go to tools > letters and mailings > envelopes and labels and click the labels tab i can do them one at a time.

now in microsoft works (the cheap suite not the whole office package like i just bought) i could just get an entire page to show the templates and i could make every label different and then print them all at once.

does anyone know how to get to that in word or another office program? this is office 2003 we are talking about.

thanks a million

Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels > Labels > New Document will give you a blank label template that you can customize.

Oh, and wrong forum. :)

If you're using Avery labels, you can download a Word plug-in that makes things a little easier.

And then go into Tools / Options and turn on Text Borders or something like that to see the outlines of each label section if you don't already ahve that turned on.
