Does anyone know how long it takes Dell to send a replacement monitor?

I called to have my 2001FP exchanged and they said they were sending another one out. Anyone here ever have to do this? How long did it take for you to receive your monitor?

Depends on if they have em in stock. They tend to ship them surprisingly fast.

I originally paid for next day shipping, do you think they'll send the monitor out next day or two day...?

Same.

Assuming it's in stock it usually ships the next business day.

I had a Dell 19" CRT go dead, they sent a replacement 19" via Airborne Express OVERNIGHT free of charge. Returned the defective monitor when the new one arrived, all free on Dell.

although make sure htey have the right address. i still have a motherboard replacement pending with them from sept 15th. they shipped it out sept 16th, with the shipping address "my name, san francisco, California." thats it. no jokes. DHL refused to deliver it obviously, they didn't return it but instead it got lost in the system. they sent out a second one on Oct 1st, which I just received yesterday and am going to take my time to ship the broken part back.
