Yup, I do. I just finished a totally new case and moved all my parts over without upgrading any PC components. I went from a 800D with a 360mm rad to a Caselabs S3 with 2x240 rads. Was really fun!

Here's a pic without the panels on:

It is pretty rare seeing someone actually take the time and effort to use copper tubing in connecting together their custom water loop.

What are your temps like?

The biggest hassle was finding the compression fittings. My temps are good. 7970 hits 41C with an overclock and the 3570k hits mid 50's under load with a 4.5ghz oc. It's an ITX build, so it's very small. I was amazed by how much gear I could cram in the case.

Where did you end up finding the compression fittings and copper tubing?

I was considering doing something similar in my new personal build this summer but have had an issue finding them.
