I agree with the above about Verizon. For me, they have been awesome. I was on AT&T GSM, which SUCKED, and then switched to Verizon. I have been so happy with Verizon since I switched. Of course, this all depends on your area. Verizon has the best reception for most people in most areas, but not always of course. Find out how they are in the areas you frequent. But, if you want the cool phones, don't go with Verizon. They are very slow at releasing new phones, and CDMA phones aren't really as cool as the GSM phones to begin with. The LG VX6000 is a great phone, but that's the only camera phone offered.

Hmmm....I get great reception at UCLA, all over campus, though I'm usually in CHS, and I get reception even on certain parts of the B level (for those that haven't seen the place, it's a HUGE 1950's brick building and the B level is 2 stories underground).

MD.

When I was there 2 years ago, the only place I couldn't get service was deep inside MS or Boelter. I worked on the 4th floor (BOL office) and I was hosed until I got to work if I was coming up through the alley. I used to have spotty coverage at the Rose Bowl 2 years ago. It's great now, full bars.
