I figured I would post anyway because I wanted to make a recommendation for a pretty good Mexican place that I used to go to all the time called Tajin. It's on Greenwich just south of Rector.

I still had their number saved in my cell phone two years after I stopped working in the area simply because I couldn't bear to delete it "just in case I'm around and I want to get some food".

i think this is the only good mexican in the area. there is a place in south street seaport called RED or something but it is overpriced and not as good.

i used to work on broadway across from caruso's pizza. now i work on 52nd.
