Does anyone here play xbox thru a laptop monitor

A guy at work was asking if I knew if you could play xbox (or any other game system for that matter) using a laptop screen. Anyone done this before? Do they make tv-capture cards for laptops? I can't think of any other way to do it. Would the connection be fast enough? thanks

That sounds like what you'll be needing unless your laptop has some sort of video in port.

You could use an ATI TV Wonder USB 2.0. You would have to have the advanced AV pack, so use S-Video in to the card.
