I bought an item that I realized I don't need anymore. My fault, sure, but if I can return it without much hassle then I would obviously like to do that.
Can I just refuse the delivery from UPS when it comes? Will it then be sent back and they'll process it to credit me the purchase price? Or do I have to go through their returns system and print out a new shipping label and pay for a courier to send it back?
