Does anyone here have adjustable gas struts installed (namely KYB AGX)

What setting do I put it at to prolong the life of the struts?
Soft or softer? 😛

btw, just had them installed the past weekend with progress sport springs... very nice ride.
 
I don't think there's really an issue with life expectancy. I mean, if you use a stiffer setting then the rest of your car suffers. I think the shocks could care less what setting they're at.

BTW, using Tokico Illuminas with sport springs 😀
