Every time the mouse gets even 1mm off my desk it stops working till I unplug it from the USB port and plug it back in. It's annoying.

NFS had a good story about RMAing his Intellimouse (at least I think it was him). Hopefully yours goes as well. Thankfully MS isn't as flaky with the tech support as they are with their products

OK I got an RMA, a mouse is on its way to me. Now the question is how long will it be? Now I'm runnning a regular Micrsoft Intellimous - no intellieye - and PS/2 not USB. Bahh
