Does anyone have the flu?

I tested pos. for the flu today....its going around my college. I cant go to classes all week. And due to the flu, or some other reaso, i became super dehydrated and had to go to the hospital to get some IV fluids which instantly curred my dizzieness/lightheadedness. Ill be pouding down the gatorade tonight.

If you guys got a friend that is coughing alot turn and run! I got this from my friend this weekend who was coughing up a storm.

Do not do this. Stick with plain water or natural fruit/vegetable juices. The gatorade has loads of sugars and other compounds in it, great for long, intense workouts, but not so great for simple rehydration.

Sucks to have the flu though.

Pedialyte works better than gatorade.
