Does anyone have the Citibank Diamond Preferred Rewards card?

I got a letter from Citibank saying that I've been pre-approved for their Diamond Preferred Rewards credit card (Mastercard). The benefits are 1 thank you point for every $1 spent and 2 points for every $1 spent at supermarkets, drug stores, and gas stations, and 0% APR up to 8/1/06. APR is 10.24%, minimum finance charge is 50 cents, 3% transaction fee, and 3% balance transfer fee.

Since I'm a total noob at credit cards, is this worthwhile?

I currently have Clout Visa, which is extremely UN-exciting. After being a member for more than 4 years they still call me up asking if I want to get their card, even after me repeatedly telling them that I am already a f*cking member and to take me off their call list.
 
I like mine, pay it off in full every month, and the $50 gift card for signing up is pretty nice. I think over in FW Finance someone had a link to get a $100 gift card for signing up.

Also, gas and grocery should be 5 points for every dollar. I think you can get extra points for having checking/savings accounts with them, and paying your bill online.
