You have a simian crease, which is a single palmar crease. Most people have 2.

This is a normal variant in 3% of the population.

However, it is OFTEN ASSOCIATED with
* Down's syndrome (Trisomy 21)
* Trisomy 13
* Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
* Turner's syndrome
* Klinefelter's syndrome
* gonadal dysgenesis
* Cri-du-chat syndrome
and a few others.

So you may not have Down's...but definitely examine your balls. LOL
