Does anyone have examples of grammatical errors in newspapers and magazines?

We're discussing common grammatical mistakes and misusages in one of my classes, and I'm looking for relevant examples in magazines, newspapers, etc. Anyone have any examples they can think of?

The only one I've found so far was a FASB statement which misused "fortuitous".

I'd look for mis-uses of the words data and media (used as singular, instead of their real singular forms datum and medium).
