Does anyone have any advice on 403b's?

the 403b is the same as the 401k, except it is for nonprofits and the public schools.

keep an eye on fees, and try to have a balanced portfolio. everything else is dependent on the menu of options that your 403b provider will have.

Actually.....a 403b is just like a 401a, except it gives you more investments to choose from....thus you can have a more diversified portfolio.

I'm young so I'm looking for aggressive growth across the board. :D I have a 401k and 401a right now....may eventually throw more cash into my retirement on a 403b, but that's gonna be down the road a bit. ;)

i meant the same as 401k just because it is the more identifiable employer payroll deducted retirement plan. but your right, 401k and 403b dont mix.

all my agressive growth funds lost more money than i care to discuss. :disgust:
