Does anyone have a logitech duo (wireless keyboard/mouse)

I can't move three feet away from the base without the mouse losing its connection. It used to work fine (10+ feet). Is this a common occurence? The batteries are new.

Weird. Mine work 10+ feet away easily. Any more than that and it starts cutting in and out intermittently.
