Does anyone have a Home DVR combo with DVD Burner?

I've noticed that LiteON now has a combo DVR and DVD burner unit for a home recording. Has anyone tried this? I'm more interested in the features of the DVR.. it has a built in hard drive.. so i was wondering how this compares to a Tivo. Thanks in advance for your help.

Some Sam's Club B&M have the LiteOn LVW-5101 DVD Recorder on clearance for $90.

Not sure if it has Tivo capabilities or not.

Has anyone tried the Liteon one that has a hard drive? How does this compare to Tivo itself?

I think they only have VCRPlus-like scheduling (ie, crappy).

Otherwise make an HTPC. If it doesn't have a guide built into it, it's going to suck, badly.
