I think the two combined create a "complete protein". I bought some extra firm tofu and squash the other day, and am wondering if anyone can suggest a tasty way to prepare them.

On a serious note, you can stir-fry the chopped tofu and squash with peppers (the red, green, yellow kind) and liberally sprinkle with salted cashew just before done.Originally posted by: Tomato
