Question Does anyone have a Gigabyte X870E Aorus Pro Ice?

Just built new PC with this mobo and the G.Skill Ram I had for it wouldn't work. Couldn't get it to post. I put some Kingston Fury in it and it worked fine. The G. Skill may have been bad, but it may have been incompatible too.

What I want to know if you have this board, is what memory are you using that works well?

I want RGB and I want 64gb

I would be shocked that G Skill RAM is not compatible. Did you try one module at a time?
Yes, I did and I was shocked to but I tried each module by itself in #2 and #4 slots and no go. May just have been bad ram. When I put my Kingston Fury in, it booted right up. Just because I'm a junior member doesn't mean I'm a moron.

Never said you were. Just because I'm a senior member doesn't mean I treat junior members with disrespect. Good grief. I've answered just about all of your threads with nothing but help. Good day.

I said that because you said, "I would be shocked ........." Which to me seems like you were inferring that I must have done something wrong. I also said it because I have found that many senior members on these forums tend to be condescending when someone ask a question that seems stupid to their above average intelligence. It has happened to me more than once. And I am sorry that I didn't notice that you have answered multiple questions for me. For that I am thankful.

You know what they say when you assume...

The reason I would be shocked is because of how well G Skill has worked for so many builds. It had nothing to do with you.

Just ran across this video of a build with the iTX version of your motherboard and a 96GB kit of 6400 G Skill RAM (although he used a 9950X CPU) that worked just fine so my guess is the kit you got was just bad. Although it's not common for both sticks to be bad, most of the time I've heard of one bad stick. Just really bad luck I guess or maybe it got returned by someone else and you ended up with it?
