Does anyone else think the Incredibles is ripped right off the Fantastic Four?

Mr. Incredible = the Thing
Elastigirl = Mr Fantastic
Violet = Invisible Woman

Isn't it supposed to be a rip-off sorta?

Dash = Flash
Frozone = Silver Surfer/Iceman?

nope. there are only so many generic superhero powers that they're bound to step on some toes.

Too bad Marvel can't decide if it likes parodies or not. They're trying to keep Tim Allen's X-Men parody "Zoom" from being produced right now.

Um, it's meant to be parody which turned out to be an amazing success.

It's sad that 'real' serious comic movies suck donkey balls.

Damn. That could be good. I thought Galaxy Quest was an awesome parody movie.

Plastic Man appeared in 1941, 20 years before Stan Lee created Mr Fantastic.

DC and Marvel have been creating characters "inspired" by each other's work for decades.
