One might think that it is "all in [his] head" as an ironic contrast to the title and upbeat rhythm. There's definitely an element of playfulness to the album, but the playfulness is all in the cognitive processing - the actual vocal and instrumental emotion feels heartfelt. I noted one instance in "Somebody told me" above, and the obvious element in this song is:
Now they're going to bed
And my stomach is sick
And it's all in my head
But she's touching his [dick]chest now
because of course, that's what you keep expecting to hear. It's so blatant that you have to repeatedly listen to the song before it will even flow smoothly in your head (or that has been my experience).
