Quantity vs quality. Not a bad argument. In the case of schneiderguy, with quality being so low, quantity is all he has going for him.

I'd say go with short minorities. Seeing as they won't have much in the way of brains to rely on, at least they'll have the reliability of government handouts for survival. Being short makes them less likely to be targeted by police, which is another advantage towards keeping your genes in the pool.
