Does anyone else hate the saying?

There are a lot of other sayings that bother me more than this one (which is not on my list). For instance:

You get what you pay for.

If you've read Nabakov's Lolita, you should know why. Stupid Americans... Of course, there's no getting away from "wow" in America, or stupid Americans for that matter. 😀
 
What I hate worse, the phrase:

you already know what it is

or after stating something the response:

thats what it is



both statements are totally dubious and add zero value to any conversation.


 
That line is the biggest cop-out around. When I hear that, I usually think "gee, this person is too lazy to REALLY fix the problem, so they're just blaming the product instead".

Well, we have all the classic signs of a returning banned member.

1. Freshly signed up.
2. Lots of posts.
3. Two accusations within a few posts of each other.
4. OP completely ignores them both.

#4 is always the dead giveaway. So yeah... I'm inclined to go with that theory.

How about 'it's what it's'? 😀
