Does anyone else find themselves pushed towards a third party?

I find my views are becoming more and more Libertarian with an ever slight touch of Democratic. Any one else feel they are getting pushed?

I've always considered myself an independent thinker, I am not associated with any political label, or party. I will listen to any and all ideas and agree to them if they are for the common good. Unfortunately, our elected officials are persuaded by their own interests or special interests. It only takes 1 day of watching C-SPAN with the House or Senate in session to see how corrupt it really is. The bills are almost always split down the middle. It's a total disgrace that these guys and gals call themselves independent thinkers. It has deteriorated into nothing but a giant grid-locked arguement with the general public taking a reaming.

It kind of reminds me of the current NHL labor dispute. Both sides in bitter disagreement, and could care less about the very most important thing, the fans. A total disgrace....

A third party with hopes of being a real challenger is more than likely a pipe dream. Be sure that the legions of Dems and Rep lawyers would work overtime to quash any new threat.

Yes, if I did vote I would vote Libertarian right down the line.

Well if it were viable I just might consider it myslef, especially in light of the fact of how poltically dominant "conservatives" are trying to slap everyone around with their enormous governemtn fish.

After this election, I'm going to work towards getting Libertarians elected in LOCAL positions in my area. I think they have some good ideas, and you have to start at the local level if you want to be taken seriously at the national level. Who knows, I might run for something 😉
