Does anyone else find potheads annoying?

I really don't care if people smoke pot. Personally, I think it should be legal with roughly the same restrictions as alcohol. I don't smoke it, but if you do, it doesn't bother me (unless you do it in my house or something - then you're bothering me).

However, there seems to be a group of people, largely male high school and college students, who are addicted to the stuff. They obsess over it, know 47 different ways to make a bong out of a tin can and an empty beer bottle. These guys seem to have this annoying habit of squeezing in as many refereance to bongs, weed, '420', etc into any and every conversation. These people annoy the hell out of me. Does anyone else feel like that, or is it just me?

I just wish they could shut up about weed and talk about something intelligent for once.

one of the thigns that really annoys me is when people brag about how much they drank the other night.. My roomate is always like "dude, i drank 15 beers last night... man i was sooo drunk, and then we took shots of captain mo's till we puked!"

i mean, yeah.. drinking is fun and all.. but do i care how much you drank? nope.. not at all..

and to ansewr your question, pot smokers are very annoying.. especially while high.

I find it funny and sad that people more or less brag about smoking pot. Yeah, way to go. It must be really ego-boosting to find life so boring/sufferable/unpleasant that you have to take a hallucinogenic drug to enjoy it. I don't find it any more or less reprehensible than people who brag about drinking, though.

If you want to be annoyed, try going to a movie theater where someone is smoking pot (happened to me recently) or a sports event where the guy next to you smells so much like pot that you want to vomit (not surprisingly, the stomach-settling qualities of pot do not come via second hand smoke stink).

The best part about potheads is that you can easily identify them by getting them to laugh.

My roommates are 'heads and the only thing that annoys me is that they either harass me to hook them up (Thanks S),, or want to leech. I, on the other hand, hardly ever smoke and think they're pretty cool when they're fried.

Yeah, I'm a pothead, and yes, I'm proud of it. Some of the coolest people I know are potheads. We dont care if you smoke or not. We dont look up or down or even sideways about you. We just don't give a sh*t.

Its not about getting high. Its not about being cool and doing naughty things. Its about having a good time with your friends. If you care more about getting stoned than anything else, you need your head checked.

Its been a while since I've seen potheads put anyone down. We just want to live our lives, and not be constantly judged. Is it so hard to expect the same from everyone else?

And besides, theres nothing worse than a drunk. Drunk people kill others, start fights, and just cause a lot of needless trouble. What do potheads do? Sit around, and laugh. WTF are you complaining about?
