Yea I Do all the time... as well as my shoulders, knee's, wrist's, knuckles, ankles, & Elbows... well come to think about it There aint much I Dont pop every day.
I did for about ten years. Finally ended up getting pain that I couldn't ease from 'popping' and went to see a doctor. He told me I'd done nothing but damage over the years as a result of 'poppin'. Went to a physical therapist, and now I -stretch- instead of pop. If I do forget and pop every now & then it really hurts like he11 later.
Yeah, i use to crack me neck ALL the time. I can do it without my hands, so that only made it easier, so i did it more often. Don't do it quite as often anymore, i notice i only do it when i'm stressed or sitting for a long period of time.
