Does anyone else associate a food with a game?

When me and my brother first started to drink whisky during evenings in with some sofa/console gaming we got through an entire bottle of 70cl Grant's while playing Resistance coop on the PS3.

We both have an incredibly strong smell/taste connection between Grant's and Resistance now, it's really odd.
Nothing like getting hammered while playing some games.

Dark malty beer with Skyrim.

Dark Malty beer with guildwars.

also coffee with this games.

....basically whatever I happen to be drinking in the morning or at night when I am playing them.

Not food but music sometimes, I played rusted root all the time back when I played ultima online. Every time I hear that song (which honestly doesnt happen often) I imagine myself running solo into the woods south from Yew to battle orcs.

As mizzou, i also have a music example.

The Nirvana MTV unplugged album. Everytime i listen to any of those songs im automatically transported to the world of Settlers 2. So much time playing that game with the album on loop.

I think tonight's gonna be Hearthstone+WoW and Rhum&coke with an unopened bottle of Captain Morgan spicy...

It's my first evening since early january where I have absolutely NOTHING to do all evening...at effing last!

Doritos and any N64 game. When the games wouldnt load I would eat a dorito, blow in the console and on the game, put it in and it worked.......EVERY time

I've never equated Cheetos or Doritos with any game, because they get that cheesy residue all over your fingers.

I do have a bottle of Stoli in the fridge, and every time I see it I think of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 😉

For me, it's more music...

Like if i go back through my music and listen to certain songs, it will trigger memories of games i used to play through the years...

Food was more when i was a kid, salsa verde doritos and mountain dew whilst playing halo with friends...
