Does anybody know where to find a pinout guide for a Barton XP?

While swapping my Barton 2500+ from one motherboard to another, I happened to notice that somehow one processor pin got left behind in the socket! The CPU lever was fully released and yet the complete pin broke off the CPU taking a small piece of the green substrate with it. I can only assume that it was a weakness in the CPU as none of the other pins are missing.

I'd like to find a pinout guide for the Barton XP so I can see what this missing pin was. If it was a ground, I may be able to simply keep using the processor as there are redundant ground pins.
