Coming from a person who has neither "her" profile visible nor "her" private messages enabled, and who presents "herself" as the final arbiter on physical beauty yet refuses to post verifiable pictures of herself. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you Irony. It seems that it was not dead after all.
I'll tell you what though, if it would really please you, I'm more than willing to turn my ratings on so that you and everyone else about whom I don't care can give me a 1 as I know you want to. You have until 2:00 am EST to rate me.

As if sharing my pic in its entirety would make any difference for someone secretly salivating and thinking that no person who's really good looking can post at a forum. Again, until you point out the relevance of my looks in this thread, you're engaging in red herring and I'll never be a party to that. Oh, don't worry about my PM. Only special people ever get a response from me. Your mental system must have automatically turned off the presence of my PM button because you were extremely afraid that I would hurt you or shun you. Sorry for your failure to see well. I didn't realise that there was only one Z at this forum . . . the rest like ZZZZ, Zetler, Zodder, Zuffy, Zigzag03, Zorro, Zsour, to name a few who would or might fit that description I gave are insignificant because you say so. I wouldn't give up my sleep to stay awake all night for Zenmervolt so I could meet his deadline. But most importantly, you're not an exception to the rule: I will never rate anyone at any forums using numbers or any quantitative methods. Making you an exception would also be a concession to your presumption that it was you I referred to or that I cared about you at all. Beside, I didn't know that only males have nicks that start from "Z". 😉

It's okay. Some people have four eyes. Besides, I remember doing something similar long time ago when someone started a thread about having met Jaymee Ong at a club. I had given an opinion in response to the statement that she was "hot". Of course I got personally assaulted for holding the opposite view. Then I was challenged about posting my pic. Somehow I managed to think that one of those who requested pictures--SSP--was requesting that I post my pic (whereas he actually meant the original poster who claimed to have seen Jaymee should post the pic he took).

Wow! It's a pleasure to put a smile on your face. Let me ask you something though: Do you always resort to argument against the persons and red herring when arguing about something? I have noted too many cases of such when you're exchanging words with people that have differing opinions on subjects.

I have never cared for the ratings. Occasionally I do look at people's profiles and in the process read their ratings. However, I don't care for them. I wouldn't care if they were on or off. The reason they aren't there is because I don't enable my profile, never have and never will (for personal and privacy reasons).

And just so this isn't completely a nef post: Calling an argument a non sequitur is saying that the argument does not follow logically from its premises. It's far from the same as an ad hominem. Someday I hope to find a logic professor who actually uses the term "red herring". So far all I've ever seen is lay people using it when they want to make it look like they understand logic.

Wow! Thanks for trying to teach, teacher. So I suppose you qualify as that logic professor you speak of? My bad teachers taught me crap in logic and philosophy. They even gave me a diploma! Can you believe it? I didn't realise that only Zenmervolt knew what "red herring" and "non sequitur" meant. When last I checked, you don't resort to dismissing someone's argument by attacking them or simply declaring that it's illogical. You state your reason for why it is with specifics. If we could do what you're doing, then there would be no foundation for reasoning.
