does any use d++

to my knowledge, its an uninstall software from a few years back. cleaned up programs from the add/remove list that were no longer installed. like say somone just deleted a software's folder in program files rather than uninstalled it, d++ would remove that entry from the add/remove programs list and clean up the registry traces of the program.
