does any columbia fleece jacket fit into any columbia outer jacket?

i'm planning to get an interior fleece jacket my dad's columbia west ridge jacket, and i wanted to know if any columiba fleece interior jacket will do?
 
I called them to ask the same question before I got my replacement fleece, and the lady at columbia gave me the product idea of what could work for my jacket, so I got the impression that not all will work.
