Does android have anything like this?

So I've been using WP7.5 for the past few months. I like it, but the fact there are no apps and I'm not going to get the 920 on T-Mo kills it for me.

The one thing I really will miss is how when on BT, it will send all incoming txts as txt to speech over my cars speakers. I can reply or decline at will.

Is there any way to duplicate this with my soon to arrive Nexus 4?

Also...does anyone know if JB supports USB mass storage on plug in? Meaning my car will actually be able to read it as a USB drive?

Yes, you can do this a few ways on Android; one of the most popular is to use Tasker. It will detect certain triggers (ie I am in a car, or I am connected to my car's BT) and then it'll send all incoming texts to text to speech.

JB supports mass storage, if the device has an sd-card. if the device only has internal memory than only MTP/PTP are supported. so with the N4, it won't work unless your head unit supports MTP/PTP
