Does anandtech website keep going down?

Between noon and 3pm or so I couldn't reach AT or DT. Browser said connection to server was reset while page was loading.
Didn't see anyone mentioning it so I thought it was only me.
 
Been up and down here too. Almost seems like a routing issue especially if the other sites mentioned are going down at same time. Or a big coincidence.
