Does AMD offer ULV Opteron?

I see they run an "EE" line...not to be confused with INtels EE line but they seem to be a hefty premum.....They say low power 30watt...

The speed seems different as well cause I see a 240 chip and it says 2.0ghz when that would have been the speed of a a 246.....So about 140 dollars over a normal 246...

I aslo notice they have a HE chip in the 846 model that states 55watt low power.....
