ok, every other network on the planet can stream HD or at least crystal clear content over the web. But if I want to watch Boston Legal (when it was on) or Lost on ABC's website it CONSTANTLY dips out of HD into this blurry as shit stream that's so low quality I can't even read the subtitles on it. What the hell is wrong with these people?

No, NBC does. ABCs is decent.

You must have bad luck or are using it during a particularly heavy traffic time. I watched Lost in HD this morning and it was crystal clear.

It happens for EVERY show I watch on ABC. Oddly enough NBCs is perfect for me lol. Does it vary by region I wonder?

I always watch Lost in HD on Thursdays from ABC's website and the picture is always excellent.
Same about the quality part. I'm behind though.

ABC is crap. NBC and Fox are decent.

All those sites at least have some semblance of navigation. I gave up on CBS after they gave up innertube. That new site is a disaster.

SCIFI Replay/NBC's is the worst. They have no stream buffering so people without a "fast" (> 1.5Mbps? -- I don't know what they optimize for) connection get totally screwed with an unwatchable stream.

I tried watching a replay of Battlestar Galactica over the free GoogleWiFi service in Mountain View and it was completely unwatchable. Netflix and Youtube and other buffering sites work fine, even on the constrained 1Mbps connection we have.
