does a north bridge water block worth it ?

i'm putting together a water cooling rig and i'm not sure about the NB block - should i include it or no ? what kind of advanteges shall i expect from a water cooled NB ?

depending on yur motherboard/chipset it could help you reach higher fsb speeds
if you increase the voltage to yur northbridge then it could get hot and extreme cooling could benefit it

if it's only a few bucks you might wanna give it a try
