the on/off and reset switches and their respective cords? I'm not sure if I know how to do this part mainly because I can't look at the switches without taking out my motherboard so I don't know if I know how to wire them...

Yes.. every manual I have ever seen has the exact wiring information for connecting the power-on, reset switch, speaker, HDD LED, Power LED, Etc.
