Does a copper shim help w/ cooling a p3 - 933 ?

I'm wondering whats the best heatsink & fan for a
p3-933 ?

Also does adding a copper shim help in cooling the
p3 ?

I'm thinking an Alpha may be the best, I won't put
a peltier in my system.

Any Secc2 Slot1 alpha will work, i am not sure what you mean by "copper shim"
