does 8bit panels arrive yet ??

hello all
i need it badly
bcos my eyes tears alot when i play games on my viewsonic pf775 crt monitor
lcd with 16ms or lower
bcos i used it for games and movies
also 8bit will be nice
are there manufacturers that produce this things specified above??
15" or 17" will be fine
