Does 0.1ghz make a difference?

Which cpu should i go with - pentium G2020(2.9ghz) or G2010(2.8ghz) I dont want to spend an extra $10 if the performance is negligible.

I have the radeon 7750 and i will be gaming at 1024x768. I know the CPU is not that great for gaming.

In general If you could just tell me if 0.1 ghz make any difference in gaming performance.

It would make 2.9/2.8 = 1.0357 -> 3.57% difference, assuming 100% CPU bottlenecking which is completely not the case using a 7750 GPU. Since the price of the faster CPU is probably well over 10% higher, it's not worth it

Yes. The GPU will just have less bandwidth available. It would be a problem with a very high end GPU, or with games that push a lot of data. A 7750 will bottleneck you before the PCI-E 2.0 bus does, though.

Will the 6670 be good for gaming at 1024x768 when paired with G2010?

Sometimes I wished I had more games to play at 1024x768. The Witcher (1st) istoo light for a dual core+7750; I disabled and underclocked my 3770K to test out.
