God forbid someone disagrees with your opinion. Banning them from the forum is definitely the solution. Since when does everyone who has an interest in cars all have to like the same ones? The ACR is a sh!t car that is unusable as daily transportation, but is also really fast around a race track. Great, it's not for me nor is any car that is similar.
Let me apologize to you darkswordsman17 on behalf of myself and everyone else who doesn't agree with you about the ACR. Obviously we aren't in the same league as you when it comes to being auto enthusiasts.

How conceited do you have to be call someone else's opinion wrong because it differs from yours? If I said the ACR didn't hold the production car record at VIR, I'd be wrong. If I said the interior picture of the ACR earlier in this thread was mostly yellow, I would be wrong. There is no definition of what a good car or a sh!t car is, so there is no way I can be wrong even if I don't agree with your highness "correct" opinion.
Nowhere did I even call their opinion wrong. In fact, I said it was so outright obvious to anyone that it was stupid to even be discussing it. Literally any one that is interested in this car would be aware of it not being even a passable daily driver. There's no reason to even be discussing that. In fact, I believe the thread was actually explicitly about it setting records on race tracks. You wouldn't know if we let people like you and Jules "hey a Prius would require fabrication to fit an LS1" Maximus, and the other person who's arguments are just as obviously pointless (and he actually was outright wrong by trying to claim that there's anything in common between the 919 endurance racer and the 918 Spyder).
But hey, don't let that stop you from making arguments when you can't even manage to use basic reading comprehension...
If this was say a Prius mpg thread, I'd hope you'd think it would be stupid if people suddenly started talking about how terrible of a track car it would make and thus it makes the Prius total shit? Nah, even better, let's discuss how terrible the Model S would be at endurance racing! Because that'd make sense. That is seriously how stupid discussing the ACR as a daily driver is. Next up you'll say how the tires being so expensive takes it out of being affordable by someone living in poverty! What a piece of shit car it is! Hell if I can't daily drive it in Antarctica then it must be total junk! Can't be used as a rover for astronauts? Well damn, total f'ing garbage!
You can raise the ride height 3 inches plus everything that you would be in danger of scraping is easily removable.
I don't get the need some people feel to criticize this car when they don't know anything about it. I guess if you consider driving a chore to be done as little and as cheaply as possible then yes the ACR is a terrible car. If it is something you enjoy then the ACR is a very special car.
What's even more face-palm worthy is how a lot of these same people have fawned over cars/vehicles that are similarly terrible daily drivers and would have almost all the same issues as the Viper, while being slower on track, meaning they compromised themselves every bit as much for worse results. But somehow this is a piece of shit, but those aren't.
