This may not be the real DOD. It's been up for hours, but I still can't add it to my cart. (Not that I want to actually buy it at that price). Weird.

strange.. it was $398.xx a day or two ago......

BTW, it's not a great deal.. as outpost has it for the same price overnighted and they've had it at that price for a while... and this was the old price at the begining of summer anyway... grr.

Man, after hearing the tip about them having a "Cannon 2.1 megapixel digital camera" coming up as the DOTD, I was getting all excited.:disgust: But @ $399.00! what a joke, should be more like $299.00! Guess I'll just have to keep looking...:frown:

Hey, maybe I'm crazy, but didn't buy.com feature the fuji mx2900 digicam for 399 over a month ago as the DOTD, then a few weeks later have it again but for 299? (which sold out at the latter price)

Wonder why they're doing this...and if they'll do it again. It seems like they're testing to see if they can catch people off-guard by having cold deals once in a while. It makes sensse they're doing it just to clear out last-year's product, especially in this case considering the popularity of digicams and making them DOTD. I could be wrong here, but the mx2900 repeat has me questioning their motives...
