This article is stupid. Blue eyes are fairly common in the US, Canada and Europe. That's where all the white people are, duh.

1/4 Polish from a grandma and have lived much of my life with Polish immigrants, and visited Poland twice. You make a good point that I am going to have to give some thought.

Many Russians have blue eyes and their cold demeanor fits my perception well, and Russians have not treated Poland or its people well these last 200 years.
