I had a co-op job where I actually had to dress up. I picked up a few pairs of these when I went shopping for some better clothes for the job.

Turned out to be a wise decision. The job I had was at a school (basically as a student teacher) and although I could sit in the teachers lounge for lunch, they were all 40 and the students were my age, so I sat with them -- they were pretty cool. Someone stepped on a ketchup packet and it shot onto my pants. I grabbed a napkin and wiped it right off. You couldn't even tell it happened. Well worth the extra few bucks on pants than looking like an ass with a ketchup stain on my pants standing in front of my students.

Heard it was after 40 washes or something like that. I have a pair and they kick arse.

these are $18 at my costco..almost bought them, but they have pleats...PLEATS I tell you.!!

Lol... not all of them do. I have the Relaxed Fit Chinos... and they're flat front and straight leg. Very nice pants.

I've washed mine 15~20 times and they still work. Great pants. Spilled some salsa on them at a Mexican restaurant last week, and it wiped right off. Oh, and they're absolutely hilarious to wear when it rains. 🙂

To me 40 doesn't seem good. That's like only 160 wearings. Still, most of my pants are stained sooner than that because I'm a slob!
