I don't think it was delayed...but yea that video's been out for awhile. I think it was shown at Tokyo Game Show Fall.

Tweaking eh? hm..... I wonder if the optimization process is something like this
1) bunch of geeks go to the beach and start videotaping girls in bikibi
2) go back to the lab, study the tapes, paying particular attention to the interaction between gravitation force and the boobies
3) Someone would say " hey our girls' boobies doesn't bounce well enough. we need more video footage to build our models. let's go back to the beach"
4) go back to (1)
