michael phelps just blitzed the 200m fly world record by nearly 2 seconds yesterday... that was just the most insane swim ever, and i thought his 200m free was good when he destroyed Peter Van Den Hoogenband off the last turn.

I've watched some of the US and all the UK and the UK >>>>>> US, the challenges are so much more differentiated and those competing are so much more "apprentices" than the US. This season (4) was not the best though. I really liked the TV-shop challenge from the previous shows, so much fun watching.
