Print ever since I left Junior High where we were required to write in cursive. I tend to print in all caps, probably about 75% of the time, unless the text I'm writing is longer than a sentence or two.

This...exactly.

Except we stopped writing cursive in 6th grade.

I write a mixture of both, with legibility hovering around 25% on average. I'm an extremely impatient writer as I can type magnitudes faster. My notes look like scribbles, with only a few letters being clear enough to remind me what I was trying to say. It works for me.

Print, but I only use capital letters. Oh, and on average I write about 20 words per week.

This. I do write the grocery list, though, so my total might be ~40 words/week.

I write exclusively in Times New Roman. Except for my signature, which is cursive (or a scribble, depending on who you ask).

Upon reviewing my notes from the past week, it appears I have the penmanship of a uneducated 4 year old, its mostly unintelligible print, but I can read it for the most part.

Print for everything except my signature, even then, my cursive looks like print.

print

I sign my name in cursive, and that is the only cursive I've probably written since high school (20+ years ago). I probably don't even remember how to write some cursive letters.

Print because it's much faster.

How can printing be much faster? Sure, when I get going no one except me can read my bad writing but I'm way faster at scribbling it all out.

I'm in with the "I rarely have to write things so I just kinda scribble and translate later" crowd.

I haven't used cursive since I was required to do so in primary school. Sometimes when I'm writing really fast (especially when taking notes during meetings) I use a kind of print/cursive chicken scratch hybrid. But the past couple years I've been actively trying to improve my handwriting. It used to be pretty bad.
