I remember back a few years when it was a fad for guys to wear earrings. I remember seeing a few local news stories on the fad. No one really pays much attention to it anymore, I still see guys wearing them occasionally. Rings of course are very common. Other piercings less so. What jewelery if any do you wear?

I've been thinking for some time of getting a simple Titanium band ring. I don't wear any other jewelry.
 
Just my wedding band. In my teens I had both ears pierced, and even had a nipple ring.

Oh and my watch.

None. Repeatedly considered getting an ear pierced, but haven't. Used to wear a ring, don't any more. And I don't understand the attraction to the bracelets I see a ton of guys wear.

Had a former colleague who wore a single Diamond earing, real Diamond.

but no... no jewelry, not even a watch.

I used to wear rings occasionally, but after I lost 250 lbs, none of them fit anymore and I haven't been inspired to shop for new ones.

also used to wear necklaces, but I dropped that habit 2 days after working in a data center when one got sucked into a fan as I was bending over an open server on the build-out table.
 
I currently wear a wedding ring and a watch.

I use to wear a silver ID bracelet, then a gold one. Stopped that in college.

When I was a teenager, I wore a simple gold chain. I think I stopped that my senior year of high school.

I wear a necklace with wooden beads, and I river stone I engraved. I sometimes wear a copper bracelet, and infrequently a silver ring. I used to wear rings more, but they seem to just get in the way.
 
None. I personally find them tacky, and the more you wear, the worse it looks.

I fell out of the habit of even wearing a watch while I was active duty. Industrial/electrical shop, absolutely no jewelry policy for safety reasons.
