Do you watch your sodium intake?

I try to avoid it sometimes and do think about it yes. But I also drink a lot of water so that helps.

I have no reason to. I have no preexisting conditions that require I watch my sodium.

In fact, because I exercise quite a bit, and sweat a lot, I don't mind the extra sodium that comes from a normal diet.

I see no danger for me with too much sodium, however too little sodium would cause me a great deal of harm.

I don't have high blood pressure now, but I do have a family history of it. I think sodium is bad for other reasons...high sodium diets I heard make it harder to burn fat and keep hydrated.

mom watches it, high BP, and it runs in teh family, so at some point I'll have to start watching it too...
