Always wash my hands with soap and water. I do the same thing as Scarpozzi and open the door with the paper towel I used to dry my hands.

Might as well get this out of the way:

You know when I wash my hands? When I sh!t on them. Which happens TOPS two, maybe three times a week.

duh, but moreso bc its good to keep your hands clean, regardless of what you are doing with them. im not afraid of getting the flu from touching something someone touched after touching their willy, its from touching the hundreds of other things crawling with germs.

Wow you people are anal retentive or something. Every person gets exposed to some percentage fo filth throughout their life. It is crucial to the development and mantanance of your immune system. Having a hypo-allergenic lifestyle can actually increase your reaction to things when you are eventually exposed later on in life.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm all for refusing to use an exceptionally dirty public restroom, but the lengths some of you are willing to so to avoid contact are not only comical, but probably ineffective. Do you think the bathroom door handle is the only thing these people touch at your workplace? ;)

I have to agree with George Carlin. The best was to build up your immune system is to swim in raw sewage! :)

So just out of curiosity, do you wash your hands?

test observations? :Q

Well, not really, considering that's pretty much the only time I wash my hands, that's like what? once a day. I couldn't call it anal retentive. My hands are probably so dirty, that the only time it's clean is after the bathroom break.

If I'm at work (waiter) then yeah. If I'm at home, often. In a public washroom? No.

It would be extremely hypocritical of me to be grossed out by my own penis germs. I expect my GF to put her mouth on that thing, why should I be afraid to touch it?

I wash my hands with warm water and soap at least a dozen times...always after using the bathroom, eating, and after using someone else's keyboard or mouse.

Do you live in a plastic bag as well? Because the steps you take to avoid germs are pretty extreme, considering you get exposed to 100x as many outside of the restroom.

I wash my hands, but I don't kid myself about how many bacteria I'm avoiding.
