Then they should start treating us better, as I recall reading in the guidelines "This is not a democracy". Which means our opinion is completely useless, and they will do whatever they want anyway.
 
I don't think it needs to be down that often for that long, but I'm not the administrator. But at the very least I think it should be switched from Sunday 1am - 4am est to some other time. Weekday would be good.
